Our Fees

Our professional services consulting fees are explained below.

These fees are provided as a general guideline, and the terms and conditions for each assignment may vary. However, our pre-packaged services, such as Opportunity Generation and LeanStack Coaching, are priced at a significantly lower rate.

Quantum Unit

At Norfolk, we provide our services in units or sprints. Our standard sprint entails partnering with our clients for a minimum assignment duration of ten business days.
Consulting Associates

Norfolk collaborates with external associates who possess specialized expertise in specific fields or geographic regions. These external associates play a vital role in our international projects.
Baseline Fee

The baseline fee for our specialty is $10,000 per sprint and can be extended for a maximum of six consecutive months.
Performance Fees

Performance-based fees and equity: Although the baseline fee is non-negotiable, for longer and/or more complex projects, there is a possibility of including performance fees and/or fully vested equity.
